Shubheksha is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, incorrect customer information, inaccessible delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed, you may contact our customer support team and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

9. Damaged Products

We take reasonable care while checking and packing products before dispatch.

If a product is damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order. The eligibility of any replacement, refund, or other resolution will be determined after reviewing the circumstances and supporting evidence.

10. Unboxing Video

For certain products, especially fragile, premium, or higher-value items, we strongly recommend recording a continuous 360-degree unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.

The video should clearly show the package from all sides before opening and should continue throughout the complete unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.

An unboxing video may be required to verify claims relating to missing, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items. Without adequate video evidence, Shubheksha may not be able to process or approve certain claims.

Our support team will review the submitted evidence and respond after evaluating the claim.

11. Missing Items

If any item appears to be missing from your order, please contact us immediately after delivery and provide the required photographs, videos, packaging details, and other information requested by our support team.

Claims will be reviewed before any refund, replacement, or other resolution is provided.

12. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us on the same day of receiving the order.

We may request photographs, an unboxing video, order details, and other information to verify the issue.

If the error is confirmed to be from our end, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our return and refund policy.

13. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in eligible cases, such as when the wrong product has been sent from our end or where a return/exchange is specifically approved by Shubheksha.
